Dear Friends,

One of the most challenging parts of stepping into the process of engaging your story is deciding to begin.

When do I start?

How do I start?

How do I find someone to work with?

Can they help me?

Am I ready?

Am I too much?

Will this be too much?

Will I like this program?

Will it be supportive?

Is it worth the time, the money and can I actually heal?

When I finally have the privilege to meet with someone, I am always asking:

What was the process you took to get here?

What made you decide to show up for your story?

And for most people,....

It takes about a year or so of moving through fear, anticipation, curiosity, hope, with external crisis or prodding ...while wrestling with self-doubt to finally decide to show up on a consult with me or someone else.

So I began to ask myself:

What would I have needed when I was getting started?

What would have helped me bridge the gap between where I was and that first meeting?

What would have helped me feel more ready?

Deciding to listen to a podcast, hire a coach, join a training or a program is an investment of time and/or money into your story, your body, your capabilities, and your long-term wellbeing.

But this can often feel out-of-reach or too much if you're not feeling ready.

As I was dreaming about how to close this gap, I decided I wanted to create a mini, accessible and free experience to help people engage the process of readiness within the safety of their own space.

So over the next 6 months, if you decide to step into this free experience, you'll receive a weekly video from me with a weekly invitation and worksheet to help you feel more ready.

Why is this free?

I have received so much generous goodness.

Abundant generosity of imagination, time, support, love and encouragement that I did not deserve, earn or compensate people for.

I was in a conversation a few years with a young woman who worked with marginalized communities, grieving the inaccessibility of beginning support.

From that moment until now, I have been dreaming and planning how I could create something high-touch, filled with rich warmth and invitation but for FREE.

and this is my answer.

It's my gift and contribution to you.

I hope you will find this supportive to you.

Feeling ready to step into NFTC 1 or Allender Center trainings...

Feeling ready to join a group...

Feeling ready for 1:1 support...

Feeling ready to join the SL world...

Feeling ready is a powerful sensation that supports so much movement.

I hope this helps propel you into the next thing you're desiring to step into. (where ever whatever it is).

You're worthy.

Warmly,
Lora
